- Swimwear worn under your clothes, so you don't have to change right before getting in the water.

- Water-resistant sun protection, applied beforehand.

- Footwear that can get wet (water shoes, water sandals or similar); avoid going barefoot on the volcanic terrain at the departure area.
- A cap or hat with a chin strap, if it's useful for the walk before getting in the water.
Worth bringing, depending on your case
- Sunglasses with a strap, if you need them and don't mind them getting wet.
- A small dry bag if you want to bring your phone with you (not provided by Kayak Tenerife).
- Water or a drink, especially on midday outings.
- Some cash or a card for after the activity.

- Valuables without waterproof protection, if you're not bringing a dry bag.
- Footwear you don't want to get wet or filled with sand.
- Heavy clothing that absorbs a lot of water (jeans, for example).

Not for the tour: snorkeling gear (mask, snorkel, fins and wetsuit) is included. If you'd rather use your own gear, you're welcome to bring it.
Can I bring my phone or camera into the water?
It's your responsibility and at your own risk if you decide to bring it; if it doesn't have waterproof protection, the safest option is to leave it stored somewhere dry.
