Do I need previous experience to go kayaking?
It depends on the activity: the guided kayak and snorkeling tour doesn't require it, since you're always with a guide. Single and double kayak rental does require previous experience, as it's unguided.
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothes that can get wet, swimwear, a towel and sun protection. The specific equipment for each activity (kayak, snorkeling or board) is included.
What's the difference between the guided tour and the rental?
The guided tour includes a guide for the whole outing. The rental is unguided, meant for people who already have previous experience.
What happens if the weather isn't good?
Outings depend on sea and weather conditions. If they're not suitable, the operator will let you know so the outing can be rescheduled or cancelled.
Can you see marine wildlife?
Yes, on most outings it's common to see marine wildlife —turtles and, sometimes, dolphins— but we can't guarantee it: it depends on each day and on nature.
Where's the meeting point?
All activities depart from Palm-Mar, in the south of Tenerife.
Is it a good option for families?
The double kayak is a common choice for couples and families. The minimum age and other specific requirements are still pending confirmation.
